The biennial Conference of the Italian Society for General Relativity and Gravitation (SIGRAV) is devoted to all aspects of gravitational physics, such as Classical and Quantum Gravity, Relativistic Astrophysics and Cosmology, as well as Experimental Gravity.
Presidence of Italian Republic adhere to this Conference.
The five day Conference will host about twenty invited plenary talks and shorter invited and contributed talks in three parallel workshops. A science divulgation/outreach session will be hosted during the Conference.
The Conference will take place at the Osservatorio Astronomico di Capodimonte (Napoli), in the framework of the celebrations of 200 years since its foundation.
During the Conference, the AMALDI MEDAL and the SIGRAV PRIZES will be awarded to outstanding Senior and Junior scientists.

Registration:
Only registered participants will be admitted to the Conference Centre. All participants will be required to pay a registration fee. Exceptions have to be agreed with the Organizing Committee.
Registration form should be sent NO LATER than July 30, 2012. Later or on-site registrations will be possible, upon the payment of higher fees (if applicable). The fees include all the Conference material, the badge, the participation to all sessions, lunches, the coffee breaks.

For submitting a contribution to a Workshop please send an e-mail (containing title and abstract) to the relevant Workshop Chairman at one of the following addresses NO LATER than June 15, 2012.
Acknowledgment will be sent directly by the Chairmen briefly after receipt and final acceptance or rejection will be communicated to contributors before June 30; the final program of the workshops will be published after July 2.

Visit at Museo di Capodimonte
During the conference there will be the visit at Museo di Capotimonte. For visit booking contact Romilda Cozzolino. For the ones who subscribed for the visit to Museum of Capodimonte, the meeting point will be in front of auditorium of the Observatory on October 24 at 9:00.
Social Dinner
There will be a bus on October 24 evening for the ones who are accomodated downtown. A minibus will leave at 20:00 from Villa Capodimonte for the Hotel guests.
Accomodations: the Organization has agreed with some Hotels a special convention for the participants of the Conference. The Hotels will reserve a number of rooms until July 30. For late bookings we are not able to guarantee the same deals. Any other information about the convention can be asked to the Hotel directly.
